The deposit
​If required, your booking is not confirmed until we receive your deposit and booking form.   We prefer to receive a deposit as a cheque, which we do not bank so you do not have to part with the cash.  We then rip up the cheque when everything goes to plan.  However cheques seem to disappearing these days (!), so if necessary we can hold your card details.

The food and drink offers
​You are welcome to bring your own celebration cake, all other food must be bought from us.  ​You can download our buffet menu here, or speak to us about any special requirements, we are very flexible we want you to have a nice time!
We can provide a refillable tea urn and biscuits for £2.50 a head
​​If you prepay for 5 bottles of anything (including beer, fizzy etc) you get the 6th FREE
For sit down dinners over 6 persons, we ask you to try and get a preorder together to ensure you are served promptly.  We can cater from the menu for up to 12 persons.  Parties of more than 12 must have a buffet.
We ask that you provide final numbers and pay for the buffet at the beginning of the week of your event.​​

The music
​We use an ipod for our music, so you can plug yours or a laptop into our system.  Alternatively if you would like to arrange live music or a DJ let us know.  There is facility in the Bosta room to plug in ipods and microphones directly into our speakers for small gigs.  Please note that due to planning conditions any amplified music must be played through our system with is volume controlled i.e you cannot bring your own speakers.


The decorations
​You are welcome to decorate however you'd like, in some circumstances we allow decorations to be put up on the walls early to save time for you later.  Please avoid sellotape, ​​confetti and stickers if you want to come again!
        ​

The licence
​We cannot have anyone drinking outside after 11pm.   We have no restrictions on children attending, but they must be accompanied by an adult at all times after 7pm.  We do not cater for 18ths or under 18 gigs.

We can offer any or all of:
* Purchasing and delivering all drinks to the venue at trade prices
      * Experienced bar and waiting staff
      * Application of Temporary event notices​
      * Set up of bar including cask ale and craft beers, wines, spirits, soft drinks & ice
      * Hiring of fridges, glassware and bar sundries
      * An open, honest and value for money service with a trusted licensee - you know where she lives!!

Fridays & Saturdays (7pm-1am)
​£200 deposit, minimum spend required is ​£500
Weekdays (sun-thurs or weekend daytimes) 
​£100 deposit, minimum spend required is £300, this can be waived if
​prepaying or organising a charity event
